CHANGE YOUR LIFE, KEEP YOUR WILD
The Wild Celtic Retreat is a long weekend of breathwork, music, sea air and time out of your normal life on the Welsh coast.
Four days to reset your nervous system and remember who you are.
6th - 9th of AUGUST 2026
THE GOWER, SOUTH WALES

This weekend is for people who are changing from the inside out.
Maybe you’ve:
Been through burnout, heartbreak or big life changes and feel a bit lost in the aftermath
Outgrown old habits and ways of living, but aren’t quite sure who you are without them
Started living alcohol-free or substance-free and want spaces where that feels normal, not like a big announcement
Tried a lot of self-help and “mindset work”, but know you need something that lands in your body as well as your mind
Been carrying tension, shame or old stories for too long and are ready to feel a little lighter
Craved time in nature, sea air, movement and proper rest with people who “get it”
What this weekend is about
More clarity. More connection. A bit more ease in your body.
The Wild Celtic Retreat brings together breathwork, nature, music and simple practices for reflection and growth. It’s a long weekend to step out of your usual patterns, be around people who understand, and give your system a chance to soften.
Across the four days you can expect:

Conscious Connected Breathwork
This powerful technique helps clear stuck emotion, old patterns and stress held in the body, using nothing but your breath. We’ll guide you through supported sessions with plenty of grounding and integration. No experience needed.

Yoga
Forrest yoga with Laura. To gently build strength, core stability and connection to your body, using deep breath and simple, steady poses. No flexibility or yoga experience needed, and everything can be adapted to how you feel on the day.

Meditation
Simple, guided practices to help you learn how to meditate in a way that feels doable in real life. We’ll introduce you to the basics and offer short sessions throughout the day for anyone who wants to drop in, sit quietly, and let their system settle. No previous experience needed.

Sound Baths
A deeply relaxing sound experience using bowls, gongs and other instruments. You lie down, get cosy, and let the sound support emotional unwinding and nervous system regulation.

Nourishing Meals
Wholesome, well-thought-through food to keep you grounded and steady. All meals are included, with options for different dietary needs, so you can relax and know you’ll be fed and looked after.

Time in Nature
Time on the land, walks in the hills and a trip to the Gower coast, with the option for sea swimming if conditions are right. There may also be the chance to join a group beach sauna session. Space to breathe, notice the sky, and feel yourself in a wider landscape.

Dancing
A sober night of music and movement in the double tipi, with big tunes, lights and space to move as much or as little as you like. We’ll also gather for “Music Is The Answer” on Friday: a guided drumming and percussion session that flows into open decks and DJ sets from people in the group.

Connection
Shared meals, camp fires, quiet chats over tea and the simple relief of being with people who understand recovery, change and starting again. There will be space for journaling, gentle workshops and honest conversation, with clear boundaries and choice about how much you join in.

Massage
We’ll have a professional massage therapist on site offering 1:1 sessions at an additional cost. A chance to let your body soften even more, support integration after breathwork, and receive some focused care in a safe, well-held way.
What the four days look like
We do have a clear shape for the weekend, but nothing is compulsory. You’re free to rest, wander off or have time to yourself whenever you need it. We’ll adjust plans to the weather, the group and how everyone is feeling, so what you see here is a rough outline rather than a strict timetable.

Thursday
Arrive & land
Thursday is all about arriving in your own time and taking the pressure off.
Arrivals from the afternoon
Time to find your room or pitch your tent, explore the land, have a cuppa
Opening welcome, gentle meditation and a chance to meet the group
Soundbath in the evening to help your body exhale after the week and the travel
Good food, early night if you want it
No big expectations, no need to be “on form”. Just land, breathe and start to feel your shoulders drop.

Friday
Breath, hills & Music Is The Answer
Friday is where we start to open things up a little more.
Morning yoga and meditation to wake up the body
A Conscious Connected Breathwork session to clear some space and bring you out of your head and into your body
Hike up towards Arthur’s Stone for those who want it, with a gentler option at the venue for anyone who’d rather stay close to base
Free time in the afternoon to rest, chat, nap or wander
From late afternoon we come back together for Music Is The Answer:
A guided drumming and percussion session with Aaron to bring everyone into a shared rhythm
Then a sober night of music with open decks and DJ sets from people in the group

Saturday
Breath, sea & rave in the tipi
Saturday carries more energy, with plenty of space around it.
Morning yoga or gentle movement and meditation
Another breathwork journey, building on the work you’ve already done
Trip to the Gower coast, with the option for sea swimming if conditions are right, games, or simply walking and sitting by the water
The possibility of a group beach sauna session if we’re able to book a private slot
Unstructured time to rest, journal, chat or just watch the sea and the sky
In the evening we gather back at the venue for a Wild Celtic night in the double tipi:
Big tunes, lights and sweat, in a sober, well-held space
A clear landing space afterwards so you don’t just blast off and then try to sleep wired
There will be quieter options during the day and evening for anyone who needs a softer pace.

Sunday
Integration & heading home
Sunday is about pulling the threads together and going home steadier than you arrived.
Gentle yoga or stretching
Journaling and reflection with Nick, helping you make sense of what’s shifted and what you want to take back into everyday life
Closing meditation and circle to say what needs to be said and mark the end of the weekend
Lunch together, then packing up and heading off in the early afternoon
You leave with your body a bit softer, your head a bit clearer, and some very real tools and connections to lean on when you’re back in normal life.

How booking & payment plans work
We’ll ask your room and sharing preferences on the booking form and do our best to match them. You’ll never be asked to share a bed with someone you don’t know.
Pick whether you’d like:
Camping
A shared triple
A crew room (double + single)
A twin or double
You can come on your own or as part of a group. If you’re booking a whole room as a group, one person will be the lead booker (more on that below)
The form collects:
Your contact details
Your first and second choice of room or camping
Who you’d like to share with (if anyone)
Any preferences or access needs
Whether you want to pay in full or use a payment plan
Once that’s submitted, I’ll confirm availability and email you with your payment link. All payments are taken by card through a secure online checkout.
You have two options:
Pay in full and have it all sorted in one go
Or secure your space with a deposit and spread the rest from January to July
Per-person deposits and plans:
Camping (£350): £49 deposit, then 7 × £43 (Jan to July)
Triple or crew room (£450): £51 deposit, then 7 × £57 (Jan to July)
Twin or double (£475): £48 deposit, then 7 × £61 (Jan to July)
You choose what feels best for you when you receive your payment link.
If you are booking a whole room as a group for the bundle price, the discount is given on the basis that one person is responsible for all the payments.
That means:
One person is the lead booker
The lead booker pays the room deposit and all monthly payments
You then sort the money between yourselves in whatever way works for you
Bundle deposits and plans:
Triple Ensuite bundle (£1,250): £151 deposit, then 7 × £157 for the room
Crew Room bundle (£1,200): £150 deposit, then 7 × £150 for the room
Double or twin bundle (£900): £102 deposit, then 7 × £114 for the room
If you would rather not be responsible for anyone else’s payments, each person can book their space separately at the standard per person rate.
Monthly payments run from January to July 2026
If you book later in the year, we’ll agree a plan that catches you up
Full payment needs to be completed by 30 July 2026
You’ll see all of this laid out clearly on the booking form and in your confirmation email, including what happens if you need to cancel or transfer your place.
Bookings
Your place is confirmed when you either pay in full or make your first payment / deposit through the secure online checkout.
Places are limited. Most rooms are shared and all bedrooms are ensuite. Camping is also available.
Room bundle prices apply when one lead booker is responsible for all payments for that room.
Deposits and payments
A deposit (or the first instalment of a payment plan) is required to secure your place.
Deposits are non-refundable, except if we cancel the retreat in full.
If you pay in full, the first portion of your payment equal to the deposit is treated as your deposit.
Payment plans are available on all ticket types, with full payment due by 30 July 2026.
Group bookings and shared rooms
If you book a whole room at the bundle price, the cost is for the room as a whole, not per bed.
One person is the lead booker and is responsible for the room payments. How you share the cost between you is up to you.
If you prefer not to be responsible for others’ payments, each person can book separately at the standard per-person rate instead.
You will never be asked to share a bed with someone you don’t know.
Cancellations by you
All cancellations must be made by email. The date we receive your email is the date used for the timelines below.
More than 16 weeks before the retreat
You receive a refund of everything you have paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.8–16 weeks before the retreat
You receive a 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
The deposit remains non-refundable.
If you are on a payment plan, you are liable for payments up to 50% of the total fee. Anything above that will be refunded.Less than 8 weeks before the retreat
No refund is guaranteed. At this stage your place has already been budgeted into venue, food and facilitation costs.
If we can re-sell your place, we may offer a partial credit or refund at our discretion, minus your deposit and any admin or transaction fees.
Transfers
You may transfer your place to another suitable person with our agreement.
They will need to complete the health and contraindication form and be accepted into the retreat.
There may be a small admin fee for processing transfers.
For shared rooms, everyone in the room needs to agree to the change.
Payment plans and missed payments
If you are on a payment plan, instalments are taken automatically on the agreed dates.
If a payment fails, we will contact you and the system will usually retry.
If payments are repeatedly missed and we cannot reach you, we may cancel your booking and offer your place to someone else.
In that situation, any non-refundable portion of what you have paid will be kept in line with the cancellation timelines above.
If we have to change or cancel
If we cancel the retreat in full, you will receive a full refund of retreat fees paid, including deposits.
We cannot refund travel costs, lost earnings or other external expenses, so please bear this in mind when booking transport and time off.
If we need to change venue or facilitators, the retreat will still go ahead as long as the overall quality of the experience is similar or better.
Travel and insurance
Travel to and from the venue is not included.
We strongly recommend taking out travel or holiday insurance that covers retreats, illness and unexpected cancellations.
You’ll see prices and options first.
Payment comes later.
